Please forgive me if this topic has already been discussed, I cannot find the thread. Has any one ever experienced the problems listed below on a H20/H21?
A "9" is required to access a outside line through a PBX Switch. During a Phone line test, the Receiver dials a "9" although no "9" is present in the phone setup. Yet, the receiver passes the phone test.
Or, after editing the the phone setup to add a "9", it is not saved or it somehow is deleted from it's memory at a later date?
I am trying to troubleshoot a "Call Back" related problem and have noticed these observations. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
