I have a noticed on my DTV box that spikeTV has moved to Channel 241. But when I go there the box is actually tuned to 207, ESPN sports channel.

What's up with that?

Are you tuning into the SD or HD versions of Spike? I just punched in 241 to my HR20 via my Slingbox and it's showing Spike HD, not ESPNews HD.

It's the SD version of Spike on channel 325. When I go there it has a message that Spike has moved to 241. When I go there, it is actually 207, ESPN sports channel subsidary.

Try rebooting your receiver. Your channel mappings may be messed up. After a reboot everything should be ok again.

I'll try rebooting but it's happening on both my Sony and Magnovox receivers.

by chance do you have channel 241 listed in your favorites?

For a second there I thought I was getting old and forgot to add 241 to my guide.

But I found out that it's not a directv problem. It's a replaytv problem.

On replytv, 241 is mapped to ESPNWHD. 207 is ESPNEWs. I guess it's the SD version. Anyway, it looks like Replaytv is remapping 241 to 207.

I surprised that replaytv is remapping the channels :confused: I thought it would just tell Directv to change to 241.

I also looked forward 1 week in the replaytv guide data and there is no change in 241. It's still ESPNWHD.

I'm I missing something?
