Jamie Kellner is stepping down as chairman of Atlanta-based Turner Broadcasting System after only two years in the job.
His departure marks the latest leadership change in the troubled empire of AOL Time Warner, which owns Turner Broadcasting.
Kellner, 55, will be replaced by former Turner executive Phil Kent.
Kellner came to Turner, which includes CNN and several cable networks, two years ago. He had previously run the WB network. He reportedly will remain chairman of WB through the summer of 2004.
