We had a really bad storm tonight. During the storm the local channels were coming through surprisingly. Now that the weather is past, I'm getting the 771 error. Usually when this happens if I go to the signal meters, one of the meters has a signal and the other doesn't. However, right now, both of the tuners are showing a signal of 85+%.

What should I be checking?

OK, stupid me. 101 is working. 72.5 is not. I assume 72.5 is the locals.

Should I call them?

You can easily check the cable connections at your 72.5-deg and where those cables connect to your multiswitch. It's also possible that the dish moved and needs realignment.
