PVR 721 Keyboard

Does anyone have any info on this keyboard and what it can do?

My guess is that it would be to use with some of the "future internet capabilities" of the 721.

Yup thats what it's for.

You can use a USB Keyboard plugged into the front of the 721, this makes searching a breeze!

Do a search for 721 keyboard for a thread here about what you can do with a 721 with a USB keyboard.

I know that DISH will have their own wireless keyboard for the 721 but it would be great if they could write (or license) software to allow it to use the WebTV wireless keyboards. There are lot of them for sale and they are usually very cheap (less than $25) and many of us already have one that we got with our DishPlayers.

Don't hold your breath. I think E* would like nothing more than to NEVER have to deal with Microsoft in ANY capacity ever again thanks to the Dishplayer fiasco.
