caller ID

My Dad has the HR21 with phone connected and caller ID activated from phone co. Caller ID worked the first few days but it no longer works. In caller ID menu, it is turned on. A very very minor prob. but any help is appreciated. Thanks

Try turning it off, going all the way out of the menu, then go back in and turn it back on.

check the call log. In some cases the caller log will fill up with 25 calls and then cause the caller id to stop display. My old HR-15 and now my HR-21 is doing the same thing. you have to manually delete each of the calls. Just a thought.:D
