Caller ID / Messages request

When DTV sends out a message to our DVR's, and we have Caller ID enabled, we have to either enter the setup page and navigate a few screens to get at the message or scroll all the way to bottom to get the message. Could we get the messages put at the top and then the Caller ID information below that?

I agree, although I've only seen two messages in the past 15 months, so this idea isn't a big priority.

What I'd like to see is the Caller ID messages disappear automatically after a couple of days.

And be able to delete all the caller-id's at one time, instead of individually!!
