It was removed. Not sure why and don't know when it will be back.

When I sign into my DirecTV account,remote booking is available and working correctly.

He is talking about the option for DoD (DIRECTV on Demand) remote booking. You can set DoD programs to start downloading via remote booking also. But the option was removed.

The Directv on Demand remote was available to me on the Directv website until today. I was able to schedule programs to record from it just fine on both my HR20-100 and HR21-700 until recently when I started having problems when the HR21-700 would not record the DoD remote booking requests. A remote booking error would show up in the history saying it could not record because the program was no longer available.
