Is KWGN (9069) available as part of the CS package or is it $1.50 a month extra?

KWGN is part of the Colorado Springs Locals package.

According to the Dishnetwork website it is included in the locals package at no additional cost. I would assume that is because we do not have a WB station here, so the Denver station is available as apart of our locals package.

I believe that KWGN has a translator in Colorado Springs as well as cable carriage. It's possible that they are purchasing their programming for both Denver and Colorado Springs. If this is the case, then there would be no issues with syndicated exclusivity and additional copyright payments.
