H20 problem changing channels?

My h20 100 has a problem changing channels. I put new batteries in the remote and its still the same. All the tv functions work just fine but the satellte receiver functions dont work. Then sometimes it will work just fine. I have it set to ir also. A reset will usually work but then its back to the same thing. Anyone heard of this?

Sounds like you may have an interfering source of Infrared in that room. Does the problem improve if you get real close to the H20's remote sensor? Check for things like a remote stuck in the seat cushion, flourescent lights, bright sunlight, or even radiation from a Plasma TV.

I have the same issue - the box becomes unresponsive. I've had to reboot, other times turning off the TV for a while seems to bring it back (connected with HDMI). The H20-600 is in a dark corner behind the LCD TV (but reachable) and uses RF.
