Glitches on my Picture

I just had Dish Network installed last Tuesday and it worked fine until last night at around 10:00. I have a 4 tv setup with two 625 dvrs and all the other 3 tvs are working properly except mine. I have done all the trouble shooting they have told me to do and still have no resolution. I did call tech support and they walked me through a few tests and none of them worked, they told me that they would send a tech out to check the problem but it will take a week to send one out, which I think is really not right, I have spent over $200 to get all this done and now have to wait a week for a tech to come out. My question is there anything else I can do to correct the problem myself?

What is your TV doing? What is the problem?

You've explained in detail what you've done to address the problem, but in order to help you, you need to give a detailed explanation of the problem itself.

"Glitches" covers a whole lot of territory from problems that are outside of DISH Network's control to problems that may indicate defective hardware.

ok, sorry...my reception on my tv is constantly glitching and the images are distorted and constantly unwatchable, i have checked my signal strength and it is normal.

Is your TV on tuner 1 or tuner 2?

Switch DVRS and if that doesn't fix the problem switch cables.
