Pegasus Communications Corp. said Monday that one of its employees was incorrectly quoted as saying that the company could settle its lawsuit against DirecTV in any way, including by settling the individual issues or by a merger or acquisition.
The Bala Cynwyd, Pa.-based provider of digital satellite TV to rural households throughout the United States said it doesn't comment on its settlement discussions with DirecTV.
