new install 103c in the 60's

I am a newbie and just had directv installed. Currently using 2 hr20-700's. The tech installed a slimline dish and I am receiving high 80's at 101 and mid 60's on 103c. I was wondering if these numbers are acceptable.

SAT 101 should be in the high 90's and SAT 103c should be in the high 80's to 90's.

Looks like you got a poor alignment there. Call DirecTV and have a installer come back out and make that right.

How is your LOS (line of sight)?
