Very dark and brooding episode. Not one of my favorites.

Dark and Brooding? I thought it was hilarious. Jim getting the smackdown because Toby is jealous, too funny. And Ryan is a complete drug addicted weasel.

Pam in glasses, totally hot!

this was just okay for me... nothing extremely funny... and I thought the ending was very strange... almost like they were trying too hard...

oh well... there's always next week... :)

All I have to say is that Steve Carrell is a great actor - seeing him on the brink of crying when Michael and Stanley were alone in the office was great.

Did anyone else die laughing when he put his face in the concrete?

Pam in glasses, totally hot!

Just imagine if they had been some cute dark rimmed glasses. :eek2:

Even with a face planted into cement Michael busts out a "that's what she said". I was dying laughing.

I had a feeling this (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissan-Xterra-SE-2001-Nissan-Xterra-SE-used-on-the-TV-show-The-Office_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ6403QQihZ004QQit emZ140229650269QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW) would happen...

I liked it. Good, but not great.

The 2nd episode in a row where Jim proposed. I'm sure we'll see several more fake ones until Pam doesn't even react, and then that will be the real proposal ...

Did anyone catch some of the icons used on Dwight's Org Chart? Stanley's was a "power" fist. I forgot what some of the others were, but I was amused. :)

Not the best episode, but definitely had some good laughs.

Even with a face planted into cement Michael busts out a "that's what she said". I was dying laughing.

That was the funniest one.

Pam in glasses, totally hot!

Totally Not.

I agree that there were some very funny moments but the tone of the show was just much darker than I am used to.

And while Pam may look hot in glasses, she definitely did not look hot in those granny glasses.

The "formal warning" Jim got from Ryan concerns me. Looks like him and Toby are going to be ganging up on him.

Especially given Ryan's erratic behavior arrising from his drug problem.

I see Ryan getting busted at corporate for his drug use, sent to rehab and then back to Scranton to his old job.

Good call - that would be great! Or even better, he's sent down to the warehouse.

I view Toby as the person that brings down the entire Scranton Branch. He will start moving to seperate Jim and Pam as well as bring down Michael and Dwight.

Those quiet guys always get you in the end.

How about when Stanley said something to the effect of...

If they don't like it they can get out. I told that to my first wife,
I told that to my current wife, and I'll tell that to my next wife.

Funny stuff.

What did Stanley say at the end? My recording stopped right as Michael asked him his opinion. Also, I had a freeze right after Michael put his head in the cement. I heard him say "That's what she said"and freeze. What happened next, or did it go in the intro?

Thanks

I watched "Dunder Mifflin Infinity" parts 1 & 2 last night on Hulu. I had forgotten that Pam shot down Ryan and told him that she was dating Jim. And Toby's been messing with them since he found out.

I also found an extra scene on Hulu where Jim is talking to Toby about the formal warning. Jim is telling Toby that his numbers are good, but Toby says that Ryan thinks they could be better. It's something they left out the show for time I guess, but it gives a bit more information into the whole thing.
