You would not be able to see the locals if you were far from Cleveland. They use spot beams and they only cover a couple hundred miles around the city.

The cleveland spot covers all of Ohio, far eastern PA and extreme east NY (Buffalo), southern Michigan, Northern KY, Charleston/Huntington and the northern panhandle of WV and extreme eastern Indiana. If you live somewhere in there, then you may be able to receive the cleveland locals

People with a P.O. box have a different billing address. Others, such as yourself, may find it more convenient to have their mail sent to a physical address other than the one the provider has on record as the service address.

Change your service address to the cottage, credit card autopay so it doesn't matter where your bill goes, and don't plug your phone line in. If you do, you're busted.
