Now that I am using Vista x64, Tversity (which was always solid for me) doesn't consistently load when I boot the computer...so now I'm trying Orb which is working fine other than video streamed to my HR20 looks much worse than Tversity...it's very pixelated and "blah" looking...Tversity had easy-to-find settings that I could adjust to stream at whatever resolution I wanted...any way to do this with Orb?

I've been using Orb for a couple of weeks now, and I don't believe there is a way to adjust the stream speeds.

I have a quick question for you or anyone who knows about the video streaming feature of the HRXX's. Is dolby digital disabled? I can't for the life of me seem to get 5.1 working. Not with Orb, Tversity, Twonky, nothing. I can get 5.1 through my Xbox 360 when I stream the same movies from my computer.

I don't mean to hijack your post pdawg, just a simple question I hope someone viewing this can answer.

Thank You all.

I have DD 5.1 working using TVersity on my HR20-700 receiver. The trick is the media type, which will require some re-encoding. It needs to be a MPEG2 transport stream. This thread talks a lot about it.

Orb will adjust its quality based on your upload speeds on the home machine and download speeds on the client side. If your speeds are high, the picture will be better.
