721 Timer setup problem

Have been trying to setup a few timers today, keep getting the message "This is a special event which is not avalable for purchase". One of the channels I tried was Scifi channel monday at 4:00pm, Stargate SG-1, I do subscribe to this channel. Anyone else having this problem

I had that problem a number of times on Friday while trying to set up a timer for a Pay Per View. My 721 also crashed for the first time in months; grey screen with the "X" in the middle. Did power button reset two separate times before everything worked again. Bad karma; we had houseguests that own a DirecTv, and I wanted to show off the 721. Pretty embarassing...
