Grey's Anatomy Season Finale

Did that seem like a series finale? I mean, couldn't that have comfortably been the end of the show? I know its been picked up but obviously its going to seem like its starting over next season as a new show with the same characters on the same set. And the clinic could become a spinoff.

No question that a lot was going on! I think they were trying to make up for the disappointing season resulting from the writers' strike. I hope they don't spin the clinic off to a separate show. In my mind, at least, Private Practice is still struggling.

Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The writing really ran the gamut of viewer emotions, if that makes any sense. :) And Phrelin's correct, it very well could have been a series finale, the way they tied everything up so neatly at the end.

That said, there are still plenty of plot threads to pick up on next season. Izzie and the clinic (and Alex), George and the test (and Lexi), Christina vs. Erica (and Callie), and of course, Derek and Meredith Act 2 (or 3?).
