This was from a recent field bulletin.

The photo below was sent in from New Bern / Greenville, NC.

A technician from Mastec was sent out and found that the KAKU 101 signal was at 98% and the 72.5 was at 96%.

I did a quick cut-n-past from an internal field bulletin. Just copied the image to paint (thus the huge white background). So that may add to it. It's as real as it gets.

With everything else tossed around in that picture, why are they sending out a tech to check the signal? I think that's the least of the priorities at this point.

Now you know why I had them use 150 lbs of concrete to set mine in place in a 4 foot deep hole (8' pole)....it ain't goin' anywhere either! :D

I believe it could stay like that.
slightly OT but possibly related, had to mount a direcway dish on pole in my yard. due to soil/wind/etc I went 5 feet (12 foot pole) deep on 6 inch hole. took a lot of cement bags to fill that one.
of course I had to remove it a few years later. neighbors Long tractor burst hose on bucket trying to pull it.
finally hooked my Crown Vic to it (3/8 chain) and hit end of chain at approx30 mph. after the rear of the car rebounded from the squat it started to pull out. next hit (after getting seatbelt finally unhooked :) ) at 15 finished the job.

lol, you gotta do what you gotta do. the tree that fills that hole now grows about 5 feet a year so some good did come from it :)
