I just upgraded my HTS to the Onkyo HT-SP908, and am having problems getting the DVD player to work with one of my two 6.3 remotes. Both remotes are configured identically (both are UHF on the same channel), but only one will accept the Onkyo DVD code 713. The one that works is model 143037. The one that doesn't work is model 148786. I'm willing to pay another $20 for a 6.3 remote that will work with the DV-SP405 DVD player, but I wanted to find out if anyone else has their 6.3 working with an Onkyo DVD player and specifically what remote models will work. Solid Signal sells model ES149714. None of the other vendors list the model number.
Please don't suggest I buy a Harmony 880 or similar. I already have one of those, too, and it works great. I just prefer the feel of the Dish remote.
