RCA 38 and Lowe 38 Tv ?

I am looking to buy the "RCA 38"" or the Lowe 38 HDTV TV -. will the "RCA 38"" HDTV TV and the Lowe 38 be around in 2003 and beyond I heard it will not. Can I buy it from RCA or Lowe Which will be available ?

The RCA has been discontinued for about 1 year. It had a terrible power supply. Lowe makes a great set.
