DirecTV is raping my ear!!

I'm on hold for the Access Card Distribution Team.
No matter how many times I call, the inserts in their hold are the exact same, and the message about the FrenchOpen tennis thing, OMG, it gives me a headache listening to it. Its sooo long!

Yea no kidding! I had to double check what I wrote!

Ive had to talk to Access Card Distribution team 3 times today, but I get horrible reception on one of my phones, so everytime the signal fades I had to call back and sit back on hold. During that process, I got to hear the tennis thing, every time, it was the first thing I heard when on hold, each time.
