I want to move the dish from the roof to a pole mount approx 30 ft from my house. How much do you think it will cost

$79 sounds awful cheap to me
You can get it done by someone, but probably not for $79. I sure wouldn't do it for that. 120' of new cable and connectors, cost of the 2" aluminum pole (have you seen aluminum prices lately?), PVC conduit for 4 cables, digging a 3-4' hole, digging a 30' trench, mixing concrete, drying time, re-alignment..... It's definitely the way to go, though.

+ could be more than 120' depending on where the original cable terminates. if it ran direct from lnb to dvr w/o a ground block (looked at one next door like that this week) thats another issue.

I guess there are really too many variables. If you call D* and tell them you want your dish moved, they will charge you $79(at least that's what our office says they charge). From there, it's really a matter of who comes to your house to do the upgrade. If it's me, there's no more charges. I get paid hourly and the company gives me all equipment needed. If it's a contractor that has to pay for his own tools gas and supplies, expect to pay a bit more.
