Hi Fellas ,

I know you can go to Lowes and Home depot for the RG6...not sure about the RG11.

Any money you save going online might be offset by the shipping cost.
I was gonna say Monoprice.com out in CA. But that's a bit far.

I'm talking moreso ~a coupler~ to downsize when you have Rg11 feeding in and need to downsize to a Rg6.

I'm no expert, but doesn't most residential rg11 have F-connectors with a smaller pin in them that will fit a standard barrel connector?

YES
Any RG-11 connector will fit standard barrel connectors as would any regular RG-6 or RG-59 cable.

I was looking at some rg11 on monoprice recently and it appeared to use standard f connector.

RG11 cable----->RG11 connector----->barrel connector or ground block<-----RG6 connector<-----RG6 cable

That's really all you need.

Thanks - thought so. I have this setup currently to connect my cable internet outside to inside but wasn't positive that this is the standard type of connector used on RG11.
