hsp provider in central illinois

i was wanting to know who is the hsp for streator, ottowa, joilet area i tried calling Dtv they couldnt tell me much and i tried to look for spots online but no luck.

Most likely it will be Premier Communications. They seem to do much of Illinois. Installs wuith them are real hit and miss depnding on the installer.

complain, complain, complain complain..... I am suggesting that if you have problems with Premier complain to directv, have an installer complaint filled out, the more that get sent in about premier the more likely they are to get replaced.

HSP just means Home Service Provider, meaning an install company contracted to install directv in an area. there are dozens of them. Idaho Falls most likely is Ironwood Communications.

reputations are a little hard to predict from area to area.

For instance Ironwood serves all of Utah, and I had an install where the techs did a good job, were very pleasant, and everything went well. my parents who live 50 miles north of me got a horrible installer who did not know what he was doing. same company, different local office. most installers are good, and Ironwood overall has a good to very good reputation.
