HR20-100 tuner 2 problem

Today could not get several channels 337 got the 771 message and 837 it show pic but no sound. Did a reset tried unplugging it still nothing. Called DTV we went thru a several things and what made it work was swapping the sat1 sat2 inputs. Does anyone know anything about this?

I'm not sure what's going on but let's see if we can figure it out.

When you swaped the inputs did you also swap the BBC's? If one of the BBC's is bad you would have to swap the cables and not the BBC's to be able to tell.

What did the DirecTV tech have you check?

What are your signal strengths for both tuners?

just ran system test and tuner 1 is 0% tuner 2 now is 83% off air2 is 65% before tuner 2 was 0%

she had me undo the bbc on tuner 2 and then reconnect it did nothing, before swapping the inputs
