Does anyone know where I can get a cheap satellite signal strength meter? I need to do some troubleshooting on my system and need a meter I can hook up right out at the dish.

Yes, I know. You might ask me "But Chris, why don't you already have one?" Well, my old one broke and I've just been too lazy to buy another one. :)

Try http://www.starlink-dss.com/signal_meter.htm for $19.95 (personally, I have a Digisat II Plus unit and I think I paid around $75 for it -- can't remember where, though)

Got one at Wild West Electronics http://www.wildwestelectronics.net/ for $30. Sadoun (mentioned above) also gets good recommendations.

Go to Ebay. Some SF-95 meters sell for $19 or less delivered. Seems like they are all made by the same company in China.
