I have a friend who can't deal with the CSRs from DTV is their anyway he can email a CEO or someone to help (hardware/receiver)resolve his issues. I would appreciate a email or link or any info. I know with Dishnetwork you can deal with a higher up and they will usually get the problem resolved, I was hoping DTV would do this for him. Thanks for your time.

Why can't/won't your friend deal with a CSR?

What is the issue he is having?

If it's a technical issue, there are a lot of folks here that can help.

CEO is prolly better option tho, that's who I had come out to my house when I forgot how to change my favorites list....

lol j/k man, seriously tho just go to the contact link on directv.com. Emails always seem to be more helpful to me than calling someone.

He could try the VP of customer service Ellen Filipiak at ellen.filipiak@directv.com

But really, how about a little detail and it's quite possible that the many helpful people here can help.

It sounds like that question is being asked a lot lately. We're happy to pass along the information, but at heart we're a forum for users helping users. If you tell us about the issue we might be able to suggest a fix.
