What do you think the chances are of either Dishnetwork or DirecTV adding DMA # 82 or DMA # 117 locals given the current capacity limitations?

Well, DMAs #82 and #117................... Where are they at?

We know a fair amount about transponder usage, but don't have a DMA numerical listing.

DMA #82 is Decatur-Springfield-Champaign Illinois and #117 is Peoria-Bloomington Illinois. :)

You can get DMA numbers from 100K Watts' website:

http://www.100000watts.com/listings.html

They're in square brackets (i.e. []) for both TV and radio.

Consequently, I have #117 as Traverse City/Cadillac, MI. Peoria is now #116.

Do you get signal from Tps 2 or 6 at 110w?

The problem with the smaller TV markets in Illinois is that they are in the same geographical area as so many larger markets that there is little to no room left in the spot beam. Louisville, Chicago, Indianapolis and St. Louis are all on that spot beam for Dish.

Since, you did not answer the question about Tps 2 and 6 at 110, I guess you do not receive them. DirecTV has annaounced they will be adding 50 markets this year. They have only mentioned the names of 10 of them so far. Stay tuned.
