Dvd Season Pass The Office

One time my dvr recorded cbs instead of nbc when i had a season pass on the office which is on nbc. how does that happen, it still said the office in the info but it was csi and had the cbs eye logo

For whatever reason the tuner must have failed changing channels and the unit thought it did.

But I have never seen a report of this before.
