I just read about this and was pleasantly surprised to recognize the lead is Billie Piper, previously seen on Doctor Who as Rose. Looking forward to this ...

You'll definitely see more of her in this series. There are reasons that BBCA didn't pick it up. Those are the same reasons that Showtime did.

I saw this thread, went to schedule the recording and was a bit confused by the OAD in 2007 though. Oh well.

I just noticed I have not recorded any of these since the first. The series link does not appear to be working. I had to make another one for this weeks episode. I am not sure how many I have missed.

After checking the episode list at Showtime, it looks like I only missed the 2nd episode.

Apparently the guide data lists a much older original air date from when the shows were shown in the U.K.

If you are set for FIRST RUN only you will not get them recorded, at least not via TiVo and possibly not with DirecTV HD DVR+

Luckily for me my Verizon FiOS HD DVR box has been catching the episodes without changing any settings (I set it for first run only). I don't currently get Showtime via DirecTV so I couldn't say whether or not the DirecTV DVR's were working for me.
