Activating old R10 on a 5 LNB Slimline Dish

Should not be problem. When you set it just select either 3 LNB dish or single.

I had no problem with my Sony SAT-T60 on the Slimline.

Thanks for the replies, how much is it these days to add an additional receiver? I already have an HD DVR so will I have to pay extra to have another DVR or is that DVR fee per account?

There is only one DVR fee and that covers all DVR's on the account but you will have to pay a $4.99 additional receiver fee.
