I tried logging into my account today, and it acted like I just got service! I couldn't see anything.
I have been using DirecTV online for 3 years now. Is there something wrong?

The bottom pic must be the new log in page. I got that yesterday when I logged in.
cookies enabled on the browser? That way it would remember your email address, but you always have to enter your password

What I saw was my log in name already in the first bar. I had to fill in the rest of my email address and of course password. I didn't try it with just leaving my log in name without the email addy part.
you can login with your username or email address don't have to do both.

The last time I had logged in was about a month ago to pay the bill. I don't remember that log in screen but then they say the memory is the first thing to go.

I guess the login screen is OK. just different than it was.
But the first picture is my problem. Says I have something in my shopping cart, which I don't remember doing.
Says I need to upgrade my account to be able to view my bill, etc.
I do that and still get that screen.
Now, my last bill was $210 - extremely high. I Paid it so my stuff didn't get shut off, but I want to see the breakdown of what was charged.
I mean the NFLST hasn't started billing yet, has it? I have no way to see that right now.
I was going to cancel NFLST, one because it is expensive to watch the Detroit Lions suck, and 2 because I had to pick up a 2nd job where I will be working at a sports bar on sundays anyway...
Any help here?

UPDATE:
My e-mail address was changed at some point to my work e-mail address.
All is fixed now.
Site is still painfully slow.
Site is still painfully slow.
Ya, it has always been like that for me. No idea why, it just is.
Many companies put too much fluff in their code it seems like. ATT Wireless is another one that takes forever to load many of the account pages at times.
I bookmarked the "Latest News" page, mostly text. Loads faster and you can login from that page.
