I just spent an hour or so and 5 csr's later got what I was trying to order.
I don't know how many of you have seen the WWE 6 Pack, you order five PPV's and get 1 free. I call in and ask for it, sorry sir we have no offer like that would you like to order WrestleMania??? Called back again, the csr sounds like she's stoned, and just blabbers. Next 2 have no clue either. Finally the fifth csr was the best one, he knew what it was and had it ordered in less than 2 minutes.
This isn't the first time, when I tried to order NHLCI 4 days after Dish announced it they said they didn't have it. I think it's time that the csr's start getting some nice letters of new additions to their line up. It shouldn’t take me more than 5 minutes to be able to order programming.
