First, I'd like to offer the obligatory "Sorry if this has already been covered", since I just don't get to keep up with the discussion as much as I'd like to, but has anyone experienced this or is there a current thread regarding?
My system includes the HR21-200 w/ AM-21, SlimLine dish with great sight line, Zinwell switch. Connection is HDMI to an Onkyo TX-SR705 then HDMI to Sony KDS-50A3000 RPTV.
The problem I'm experiencing is only happening with HD-PPV's, not my regular HD/SD programming. Also, I had an HR21-700 before the 200 and did not have this problem with that unit. The audio problem is intermittent, but throughout the entire program and sounds like an electronic "studdering" sound lasting a second or so. It sometimes is accompanined by a brief video pause, but mostly is just audio. I've spoken with D on all three occasions and FWIW, have been told they are aware. It seems to me it must be something on their end in terms of the feed or why else would it not affect the other programming.
