HR20-100 Issue - Priority #s repeat ?

Hi all - I had a HR200-700 from 9/2006, all seemed fine, no compliants. Then all of a sudden - recordings werent happening, and i noticed in the Prioritizer shows were getting double numbers i.e.
1. Hells Kitchen
1. Dora the explorer
2. Two and Half men
3. How I met your mother
3. CSI
4. Law & Order

even to the point where it numbers items to say 38, 39 & then 51, 52 (skipping all the 40's)

etc

Worked with Tech Support to the point we had to wipe the hard drive.....issue re-appeared a couple days later. :confused:

I have the protection plan, so they shipped me a new HD DVR - though a HR20-100.....noticing that i am getting repeating numbers like above

any thoughts, help would be appreciated!

This issue has been reported before. I believe there's a thread here somewhere about how to rectify it.

Although, if the Prioritizer is listing SL's in the 50's, maybe that's a sign that the 50 SL Limit is going by the wayside... Well, I can hope, can't I? :)
