Can I Get My HR20 Back?

So, as I explained on another thread somewhere on here I'd recently had issues getting an odd few HD channels.

DTV sent out a tech and he said I had a bad LNB, and an older dish setup at that.

So not only did I get a whole new dish, and multiswitch, he also told me I was eligible for an upgrade on my DVR... So I thought that was a great idea.

Until it was all installed and the man was gone.

Because so now are my OTAs...

Man, I gotta get those back.. I can plug it into my TV directly, but I have no way of getting the digital audio back to my receiver.

crumbs. why didn't I think of that, I knew from reading this forum, that the HR21 didn't do OTA..

Call D* and have them send you an AM21 it is the OTA tuner box for the HR21 that connects though the USB port tell them you lost you OTA during the upgrade and you want it back!
