HDVR2 Showcase and Starz! on Demand problems

I have the new HDVR2 DVR and the Showcases do not work and the Starz! on Demand features dont work, the Showcases tell me theres no upcoming showings and the SOD will not record.

I did a complete delete everything reset and it fixed the problem, the showcase and the SOD worked but I lost my logos.

Is there any fix with out reseting the system completely???

Paid $249 and the machine doesent work correctly.

I don't use showcases. once you setup wishlists it's the same thing. The only thing that works for me on showcases is tivolution and NBC. If they correct it I might use it more, but for now I don't have any use for it. It's no biggie for me because this machine does so much more. The best $249 that I've spent.

Doesn't work for me either. This is not uncommon. There are at least two threads on this problem at tivocommunity.com.

It's fairly useless anyway. I hope they add some of the interactive features like the custom weather and news channels.....

btw - upping my storage from 35 hrs to 144 hrs was a piece of cake. Worth every penny with the $100 AR 120GB deals out there....
