I live in the Virgin Islands and I am losing the signal on Transponder 3 on 110 at night. Does anyone know why or is anyone else experiencing the same problem??

Transponder 3 at 110 is not as strong as the others. This problem should go away when EchoStar 11 is launched and located there.

I think what he means is that it is worse than usual. Is the Military Channel on that transponder? Because that channel looks worse than usual. I live in HI, so I guess we see the same sats.
Military Channel is on Tp 5 and recently moved there. Looking worse and actually losing lock may not be the same. Looking worse may be additional compression. Losing lock in the VI may be caused by the orientation of the satellite at that time of day. There is always some change in that. The VI is on the edge at best.

I have no problems with other transponders at 110 on both Echostar 8 and 10. TP 3 is marginal during the day, but locks. At night it will not even lock.
I'll repeat it. Tp 3 at 110 is not as strong as the others. It will not be until EchoStar 11 is up and working.
