Cubs @ White Sox The Freezing of the screen is annoying

What The Heck is going on? The weather is perfect here and my Local Fox WHBQ 13 HD from Memphis is Freezing the screen right as the game got into the 8th and 9th inning. I can't even watch the game :mad: Now it seems a little better but that crap is annoying.

Same thing in Fort Wayne off non-HD channel on Dish.

I thought it was my local Fox (KTTV) here in LA because the same thing was happening OTA as well. During the last 1/2 inning the broadcast switched to 4:3 as well.

My son works for the local Fox affiliate and told me that the problem was with the network. I called him at work and asked him what the deal was. That's what he told me.
