Still noticing the D* sports channels still freezing....

After watching my dad's Hdvr2 I still notice (I used to have D* many moons ago ) the occasional picture freezing on Msg Ntwk and Fox Sports Ny. Is D* still craming the compression for all the sports ch's or via spotbeams?

I think they're either ECM'ing or sending out upgrade code for receivers. My DRD430RG was doing that this morning, but on some of my locals.
