ClubDish gift card question

I received a E* ClubDish gift card from a friend with an offer for a free tv system and $49.99 off my first bill. Does anyone know if I can upgrade to PVR with this offer and how much it would be?

Yes you can upgrade if you go with Digital Home Plan it is a one time $50.00 upgrade fee. If you go with the FREE DISH promotion the dealer sets his price for the upgrade the expected fee would be $200 based on $349 for the PVR minus $149 for the free PRO-301 system.

Yes you can upgrade to a PVR. With the gift card, I think it would be $150 for a 508, $50 less than without the card, as well as the $49.99 off your bill. You can call Dish directly to see what they say, or any Dish retailer.

Dishdepot.com which is a great supporter of this site, is also throwing in a free DVD player with their offer. Many people, as well as myself have been very pleased with their service.
