721 Remote

I noticed that the 501/508 remote and the 721 remote are almost identical (the 721 has what i believe to be an internet button). As a result, will the 508 remote work fine with a 721? I see them around for $10 less and can do without that extra button....

Yes, I use a 501 remote in the bedroom to control my 721, just no PIP.

I spent the extra $10 for the 721 remote since I use the PIP feature quite a bit. I ordered the extra 721 remote on Monday from Dish Depot and received it on Wednesday. As usual, very good service from the fine folks at Dish Depot.
