Lost OTA after HR20-100 update

I've lost all my OTA channels after the 0x251 update . I'm getting " Service not active.Call customer service [750] " Has anyone else lost their OTA ? Called Dtv and the rep was unable to help, she said that there has been a few calls about the same problem.

I believe you will need to redo the OTA setup ..

Try going into "Antenna Setup", select "Reset Off-Air Settings", then go back through the initial OTA setup.
