Love it or hate it?

I'd rather have them spend time on making it faster to access menus and logon than the looks. But I'm probably the minority.

I agree with you. It does take a bit longer to load than other websites, but I guess the good looks make up for it.

The remote scheduler page need a bit of work. :)

You can make it as pretty as you want, but if it doesn't work well, forget about it.

I think whats more important than looks is what it has to offer.I have to check it out further to find out.

They are trying to make it as slow as their DVRs. They are almost there.

Hate it - A LOT.

These folks need to concentrate on SPEED. This new website is absolutely horrendous.

I'd be fired if I managed the effort to produce this.

It's very eye appealing... Had a little trouble finding a couple things... but overall, I like it....

I think they went to a lot of trouble to get is that complicated, I thought the way it was worked just fine and fast.

Having defeated Dish, Comcast and Time Warner, Directv now sets its sights on Godaddy for overly complicated, confusing and heavy loading website supremacy.

I would not say hate, but it's not love wither.

And I certainly agree with you on speed...

After going to directv.com for pre/post info on my new HR21 (and DVR scheduling), I had to run a speed test on my DSL connection to make sure it did not slip (it didn't).

If I was a not a D* customer, it would not impress me.

As a D* customer, I'd like to cut through the chaff and have faster streamlined interface to what I access most (forums, manuals, listings).

[edit] Oops, off to aforementioned thread...
