How do you get the enhanced adaptor form dish

I have called Dishnetwork twice and talked to 4 different people. Everyone of them has told me that you can not purchase the enhanced adaptor for HD from Dishnetwork directly. This gets frustrating. Why do they put an offer on their website and not bother telling anyone that works there? This is why Charlie has to learn that when he makes these offers available, just have a link on the website to let us order over the net directly. It is going to take me a half dozen calls until I finally find someone who can help me. What a waiste of time.

Call DishDepot, they will send you one for $59 which includes 2 day ups shipping.

If you get through to someone at dish that knows what they are doing, the module (while on sale for $49. the cost of shipping throws the cost to about $63.00) and thats not 2nd day shipping. :)

Insist on talking to a superviosr if you get such responses. I believe that thru the end of march you can can get the adapter for under (barely) $50.

I just ordered one direct from dish for $49. They said it will take "up to four days." I called the main number and they sent
me to a second (888) number to order it. Shipping was $7.

I ordered my module from DishDepot this morning. It was $59.95 and did NOT include free second day UPS shipping. Shipping was free but it was not second day. I even inquired about the free second day shipping but to no avail.

It is pretty bad that the Dish network site says call your retailer or 1-800-333-DISH instead of the actual order number. From http://www.dishnetwork.com:
