HDVR2 Showcase problems

Anyone had any luck fixing the Showcase and Starz on Demand problems,

will not allow you the record option on Showcases and SOD want work!

Someone else said they did a total reset and got all the showcases to work. Not sure it's worth losing all your recorded shows, preferences, and settings. I know its not for me.
