Dish Network 4000 Receiver, Smart Card, UHF Remote, UHF Remote Antenna
I used this receiver for several years and removed it from service in March 2003 to install a PVR (508). The receiver works perfectly and is in excellent physical condition. No modifications have been made to the receiver or card. DISH Network "released" the system. No balance due exists on the receiver or card (it has never been used to order a PPV or other event).

UHF remote
UHF remote antenna

I intended to sell this via an eBay auction, but decided to make it available here first.
I'm asking a firm $60 that includes ground shipping to a continental US address. If you pick it up in Menifee, CA, I'll sell it for $50.
I prefer PayPal, but will also accept postal money order or check. If payment is by check, shipment will be delayed until the check clears.
