Albany, NY HD Channels

About a month ago Albany was given their local HD channels, but to date only ABC and NBC have shown up. When sould the other channels "show up"? And does E* consider this a succesful "Local HD market launch" when they don't provide all the major networks?

Dish cannot broadcast local channels without retransmission concent. You should check with the local stations in question and ask them what the holdup is.
