Starz/Showtime 2-for-1 offer

I was looking at my account and noticed if you click on add premium channels there is an offer for stars/showtime 2 for 1 and is says $12. and it says you get a $11 credit for 3 months. Has anyone else seen this? if so does that mean you can get starz and showtime for $1 a month for the next 3 months? And if so is there a catch like maybe you have to keep it for 6 months or something?

What it means is that they charge you $23 ($12 for Starz and $11 for Showtime) and then credit you back $11.

Think of it more as buy one get one free.
